Refund Policy

At Hammond’s Hobbies, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Eligibility:
  Refunds are available for products returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

• Non-refundable items:
  Customized or personalized products, gift cards, and downloadable digital content are not eligible for refunds.

• Refund process:
  To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support at hammondhobbiesuk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Refund method:
  Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

• Return shipping:
  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error

 Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

• To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hammondhobbiesuk@gmail.com your order number.

• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may return the item according to our Refund Policy.

• If an order is canceled before processing, a full refund will be issued.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
